Course Rules

Except as noted, the course is restricted to runners, self-propelled wheelchairs (under WSUSA rules), joggers, and walkers.

DOGS, BICYCLES, ROLLER SKATES, ROLLER BLADES, WAGONS, SKATEBOARDS, HAND CYCLES, OR MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Headphones (and iPods) pose a serious hazard because they limit your ability to hear other participants, emergency vehicles, or safety warnings. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HEADPHONES, IPODS, etc.
