April 23, 2004—Super Color Photo, official Bloomsday photographers since 1987, today announced new photo opportunities before, during and after Spokane’s premier running event.
"This year we are adding several new photo locations, starting with the tradeshow," said company president Rick O’Connor. "When picking up race packets, runners may have their photo taken on a ‘green screen’ background and have their image applied to any of 5 different Bloomsday themed backgrounds. Whether you’re running competitively or enjoying the event with family and friends, the photos are a fun way to commemorate the event, and there is no charge to have the photo taken."
The post-race photos at the Post Street bridge have become very popular, and a new action shot location near the top of Doomsday Hill will provide more individual close-up shots.
