To have an entry form mailed to you, please send a self-addressed stamped business-sized envelope to:

You can also download, print and mail in an entry form from this site beginning approximately March 1, 2012.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by midnight Tuesday, April 17.
No confirmation will be sent--entrants can pick up bib number and other information at Check-In on Friday and Saturday of Bloomsday weekend.
